Christian Keyes is a humble, hardworking and driven gentleman. An experienced actor, singer, songwriter, and model, he was labeled by Tyler Perry as “One of the most consistent male actors I’ve worked with”. Christian has performed live in front of more than 3 million people while touring the last five years with several national stage plays. He was the lead in Tyler Perry’s “What’s Done In The Dark” as "Dr. Harris". Christian was also the lead in Tyler Perry’s “Madea Goes To Jail” as "Sonny.
Both DVDs for the plays were released and distributed nationally by Lion’s Gate and has since sold over 1 million copies each. Christian can also be seen (proposing in the restaurant) in the movie “Diary of A Mad Black Woman”.
The Fahrenheit Music Group is Christian’s label and the CD has sold more than 15,000 copies. He just finished recording the new CD “PERSONAL”. Christian has a large following, and his website www.christiankeyes.com has had more than 5 million verifiable hits since 2006.
Mr. Keyes was also named one of the 50 most eligible bachelors in the country, by Ebony Magazine. He has had 3 national selling calendars, and was January in the Jet Magazine Men’s Calendar.
Christian has recently graced the covers of several national and online magazines, and has been featured in many others. He currently has several national ads in GQ, Elle, Men’s Journal and Vogue, and has more in the upcoming months.
He is also the lead in Ashanti’s video that was nominated for video of the year in 08for “The Way That I love You.” In the summer of 2008, Christian is the lead in videos for Ledisi “In The Morning” and for Keri Hilson “Energy”.
Mr. Keyes has been in more than 10 national commercials (Nike, Acura, Little Caesar’s, NCAA, Braids & Locks and more) he has 3 running currently. And he is starring in BAD MEDICINE, a straight to DVD movie he wrote and co-directed. The film is set to be distributed nationally in 2009. Through Christian’s film production company, 2999 Films, another film will be shot this winter and be released next year on DVD.
