Policy:
Ms. Danyelle, LLC prides itself in superior customer service. Our policies on Shipping are it will take 5 to 10 business days if residents are located in USA. Canada residents shipping will take 10-17 business days and all International residents shipping will take 17-21 business days. Not counting major holidays. We do offer $2.50 insurance & signature options on all packages no matter the location. All shipping charges are based on residents location.
Our policies on Refunds are if the garment is damaged or torn due to normal, wear and tear we will accept it. We are unable to REFUND any garments that have been worn, smelly or dirty. Exchanges are done if you ordered the wrong size, not color within 5 days of purchase must supply receipt or invoice . If your needing assistance with the ordering website please feel free to call our Customer Service Center at 662-493-2420 or email ms.danyelle@gmail.com. If you prefer a paypal invoice to be submitted to you instead please make the customer service center aware so they can send you one. Please provide an email, telephone number, screenshot of item and color. All invoices MUST be paid within 24 hrs of receipt.
