Make-Up Tips: Brows

Hiya Babydolls,

You all ask and now I must provide the tips on aquiring A-M-A-Z-I-N-G BROWS!! Please note, you want get FABOLOUS Brows URGENTLY! Pratice makes Perfect!! As I'm sure you've heard BEFORE.

But, trust me dolls Ms. Danyelle certifies these steps.

1. Brush your eyebrows straight up with an eyebrow brush and/or old tooth brush.

1a: Using small straight scissors, carefully trim any hairs that are curly or too long.

1b: Then brush the brows back into their natural shape.

2. Hold a pencil along the side of your nose to ensure that the inner edge of your brow lines up with the inside corner of your eye. ( Please note this is MAKE-UP 101, so do it, until you can freelance it, NO ONE IS PERFECT)

3. Move the pencil so that it intersects with your iris. The arch of your brow should line up with the pencil. ( View picture above to under Step 2, 3 and 4)

4. Angle the pencil from the outside edge of your nose to the outer corner of your eye to determine where your brow should end.

5. Tweeze where necessary and fill in with a soft pencil or powder. You can also go get a brow wax ( make sure you check out my blog on waxing your brows & the precautions you may need to take.)

6. Brush with an eyebrow brush and/or tooth brush.

6a: Then apply eyebrow gel to keep strays in place.

7. Stand back

8. Say WOW! Look at those Brows

9. You're done!

Following these steps, they should look close to perfect again PRACTICE..PRACTICE..PRACTICE makes P-E-R-F-E-C-T

Make-Up Tips: Simple "Eye Liner"

Simple/Natural Eye Liner Tip: For a natural-looking eyeliner and the illusion of lusher, fuller lashes, use a dark brown eye pencil and carefully press a series
of dots between your lashes following your lash line.

Sophisticated/Classy Eye Liner Tip: For the sophisticated look, draw a smooth fine line alone the top lashes.

Edgy/Dramatic Eye Liner Tip: To create the dramatic look, draw a line on your water lash line (as close to the lashes as possible), then along the top of the lash line.

Make-Up Tips: Eye Shadow " Natural Business Look"

Natural Business Look
(suitable for job interviews, open calls, modeling auditions, commerical photo shoots, simple print photo shoots and more simple sophisticated looks)

1. Apply a light eyeshadow over your entire eyelid from lash line to eyebrow bone, but not beyond.

2. Define the crease of your eyelid using a medium or dark shade. The deeper the shade, the more dramatic look.

3. To open up your eyes so that they appear livelier, place a dot of a light shade in the inner corner of each eye/tear duct.

Shadow Tip: When choosing an eyeshadow shade, keep in mind that a pastel shade will look softer while a darker shade will appear more dramatic when applied.

E.L.F (Eyes.Lips.Face) Super Glossy Lip Shine Review

Hiya Dolls!

On June 22nd, I posted a blog about the E.L.F. Total Look Collection|in Brown. I so totally forgot to mention the glosses of E.L.F. in which I purchased at Ross.

They too were REASONABLE COSMETIC GLOSSES. And In my OPIOION the wear of these glosses are far more BETTER than MAC glosses (NO MATTER THE PRICE, OR WHAT THOSE OTHER STUCK-UP BEAUTY BLOGGERS MAY SAY).

I personally think these glosses are GREAT to have in your purse, car, locker, gym bag and any where else. Why?? Because you get 5 superb flavors... YEP! 5 for all under $2.15.

Flavors:

1. Angel
2. Malt Shake
3. Pink Kiss
4. Watermelon
5. Candlelight

Please Note:

The smell of these glosses are to DIE 4.

They have a sweet smell. Nothing too over powering or dramatic. Just a light sweet scent.

There also long-lasting and I do suggest that you use and/or purchase a lip mostuirzuier (if your lips are Superly Dry.)

I give this product 5+ stars

E.L.F (eyes lips face) Basic Brown Kit with Falsies (Dramatic)

Morning Baby dolls!

I've been M.I.A for a week and I'M SO SORRY. But now without blogging delay... I'm back. (LOL)

On Saturday June 20th, I went to Ross and Burlington Coat Factory here in Atlanta & Marietta-GA.

I went to purchase a much needed UNIQUELY FIERCE and SUPERB outfit for the Birthday Bash 14 (Phillips Arena Event). This event is HUGE here in Atlanta, GA and I wanted to LOOK Fashionably Curvyly Sexy (Can I Put That Together?. Oh Well, I just did LOL).

While browsing the racks for tops, shorts, skirt, shirt, slacks and pants. I stumbled over by the heels, belts and shades. At BOTH Department Stores and I found a HUGE HAUL of E.L.F Cosmetics (Eyes.Lips.Face)for under $5.00 bucks.

.....YEP!!! $5 dollars (You Can't Beat That).

As some of my dolls may know.

Ms. Danyelle rant, rave and is a COMPLETE SUCKER for REASONABLE COSMETICS especially E.L.F.(Eyes.Lips.Face) Brushes, Glosses, Bronzes and More. So, while browsing through this MASSIVE HAUL, I finally found the E.L.F. Total Look Kit Collections in Brown.

I said to myself "At this price I would buy all of the E.L.F Basic Kits".

Dolls they got lucky! I was about to wipe them clean (LOL). Unfortunately, they ONLY had "The Total Look Collection in Brown". But, I still purchased (5). One for myself personally and (4) to add to my MUA KIT.

FYI: At Burlington Coat Factory in Marietta-GA, they had the E.L.F. Brown Total Look Collection Kits along with the E.L.F. Brush Cases which I already have.

Baby Dolls, Let me say,

This kit was AMAZING. It was REALLY a complete kit, no digging, no picking things to put together, no second guessing. NONE OF THAT.

With "The Total Look|Brown Collection". It offers you the chance to create a dewy, sexy natural look and you can also create a "Smokey Look Nightlife/Nightclub"(Which is what the product package suggest) But, you all know me, I take it a step further and CREATE different looks besides the one's advertised at times.

After purchase, I Immediately went home and OF COURSE.

*Cleansed
*Tone
*Moisturized
and
*Prep

My skin before applying and trying the E.L.F. Total Look Collection|Basic Brown Kit

This eye make-up was very easy, not ONLY does it come with step by step instructions but it also provide the following material in the package for you:

* Eye Shadow Brush
* Mascara
* Eye Pencil
* Eye Lashes
* 3 basic brown eye shadows pots and
* Small eye Shadow wands/applicators.

I did use use a make-up primer " DHC Velvet Coat" and " Urban Decay Eye Shadow Primer" just so I could see the intensity and long-lashing of the product.

The application was again, SIMPLE/SASSY and EASY. I SO LOVED THIS TOTAL LOOK COLLECTION|BASIC BROWN.

The product was smooth to my skin, wearable, fresh and didn't have a weird smell. Also, BELIEVE IT OR NOT it didn't cake, honestly... Simply Glided On and WAS LIGHT.

I wore it to Birthday Bash and I did the Smokey Look in which suggested. Oh yeah..

The eye lashes and glue were in complementing to the eye Shadow.

AMAZING!!

I'm still wearing the falsies NOW. So, Please Check with Your Local:
-Ross
-Target
and/or Burlington Coat Factory.

I give this product 5+ stars.

WAXING YOUR BROWS: PRECAUTION!!!

A woman (Her Name Will Remain Unknown) called in to Ms. Danyelle Radio (www.blogtalkradio.com/msdanyelle) She told me and my listernes this heart felt horror story about her Brows & Lips.

Mrs. X said that one day her co-worker came in and her eyebrows were looking wonderful, neat and fabolous. Mrs. X asked her co-worker where did she go to get her brows done.

The lady told her "King Nails" (The City & State is Unknown) and that she should go because they are really good.

Mrs. X went and proceeded to have her eyebrows and lip waxed.

Two weeks later Mrs. X realized that her lip and eyebrows were breaking out with puss filled bumps all over!

Mrs. X went to the doctor's office and they sadly informed her that she had Herpes.

Mrs. X, a married woman who stated that she had never cheated on her husband was wondering how she could possibly get herpes not only on her lips but on her eyebrows as well?

TAKE NOTICE:

Ladies and Gentleman, if you ever take the time to notice, they never use a new stick. The same stick stays in that wax and if someone has Herpes those bacteria are now also on the stick and in the wax. The bacteria fester and grow in the hot wax.

So Ladies and Gentleman, this would be a great time to invest in your own tweezers, brow sticks and sharpen your skills. You can also find a place or salon that provides threading technique and also ask each time for a new stick or bring your own.

Stay Safe BabyDolls,

Love Ya
